McCall Bauersfeld is a compassionate attorney, dedicated mother, and committed community leader. With a background in law and a passion for making a difference, McCall brings a unique perspective to her role as Board President of Lighthouse For Hope. At the beginning of 2025, she has taken on this leadership role, guiding the organization's mission to support families facing pediatric cancer.

McCall’s journey in law began with a fervent desire to make a positive impact in people’s lives. After earning her Juris Doctor from Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, she worked at a prestigious law firm where she began her career as a commercial litigator. Over the years, McCall has established herself as a formidable advocate for her clients while simultaneously balancing the demands of motherhood.

Outside of her professional endeavors, McCall’s most cherished role is that of a mother. Her days are filled with laughter, love, and the occasional chaos that comes with raising a family. Married to her college sweetheart, McCall appreciates every moment she gets to share with her husband and children. Parenthood has heightened McCall’s awareness of the struggles and challenges faced by families and the responsibility we all share to support one another. It has instilled in her a profound sense of gratitude for the blessings her family enjoys, motivating her to use her resources, time, and skills to be a light for those fighting pediatric cancer.
